I walked to the road and waited for Nick. He picked me up. Corey was with him. I was dropped off at Dr. Osborne's office. There was nobody at the window when I arrived so I just sat down. There were 2 other people wait there. I waited in the waiting room for about 12 mins. I was called back and Sherilynn took my blood pressure and weighed me. My b.p. was 156/89. I hadn't taken my pills in the last 2 days. My weight was 228lbs. fully clothed, including my shoes. I lost some weight. After Sherilynn finished with that I was taken into an examination room. I just sat there. I don't know how long I was there but I started to fall asleep. Sherilynn came in and took a blood suger reading. The lancing device didn't have its top but I didn't need it. My reading was 286. That was due to the Mt. Dew I had drank earlier.
Dr Osborne, or Julie as I like to call her came in shortly after my blood sugar was taken. She knew exactly why I was there. She's still a hottie. We discussed my blood sugar readings over the last month. She told me to change my dosage of regular insulin but I'd have more frequent shots during the day. She printed a sliding scale for the dosage in relation to my blood sugar readings. I told her I think I have hemorrhoids. She looked at my asshole. I asked to take me out to dinner first. I have them but they're not too severe. I knew that. Preperation H will solve the problem. Shortly after my butt exam, Sherilynn came in by knocking and just entering. Had she walked in 2 mins. before she would have seen me bent over the exam table with Julie holding a flashlight to my asshole. I wish Sherilynn would have walked in then. It would have been beyond hilarious.
Julie evaluated my blood sugar readings for the last month and decided she would sign the paper to get my driver's license back. I was elated. It's been over a year and a half since I've had my driver's license. I'll have it again in about a week. I gave her the paper to sign and she kept it. Shee either mail or fax it into the state. Once the state reviews it they'll approve me for a driver's license. I'll go to the D.M.V. and get it. Maybe I'll even comb my hair for the picture, if I had hair.
I left the examination room and paid Jaunita. The visit was $88.00 and that came out of my pocket. I'm about 5000th down on the list for BadgerCare. http://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/badgercareplus/ I won't be getting that anytime soon. I paid Jaunita with my check card. She said they don't take cards but she took it. I told her I called and some dude said that they do. Jaunita said she'll inform him differently.
I left the building and walked to Erica's apt. On the way there I stopped into Tommy Guns antique store. I just walked around in there. I checked things out but didn't buy anything. I remember when that place used to be Shultz Brothers store. It brough back memories. It hasn't been Shultz Brothers for at least 15 years. After I was finished I walked in the Cobblestone Peddler. I thought they repaired shoes. They don't.
I walked to Erica's apt. She was there and I came in. I sat and watched TV for a while. Tyra Banks was on. She's a hottie too. After about an hour I took a shower. I left and thanked Erica.
I walked to the office and put my towel and insulin in Dan's office. He still hasn't returned from Washington D.C. I walked to Circle Of Friends to get more towels. The towel I bought there yesterday is the most absorbant towel I have ever had. Unfortunately when I got there they were closed. I went into Scene II http://www.scenetoo.com/ and checked out their stuff. I wasn't there long. They have a store in Elkhorn too. I went into La Guanajuato to see if they accept the Quest card in their restaurant. They don't. I walked to Market Street Sandwiches. I ordered the Chicago Dog special. That consists of two Chicago Dogs, fries, and a drink. I paid with my check card. I ate it there. After I was finished I ordered another Chicago Dog, just the dog. I paid cash. I ate it there. I left and started walking to Delmart. Todd came out of Seavers Bar and talked to me for a few mins. on the sidewalk. I walked to Delmart after that.
I relieved Chad. I got most of the duties done early. I would have gotten them all done but there were customers. It was busy early. For the rest of the night, it wasn't. I didn't vacuum the rugs because they didn't need it. I did everything else.
After I closed the store I walked to the office. Nick Stratton's car was outside but he wasn't inside. The front door to the building was unlocked. I walked in, gathered my stuff, and sat down. I just sat. Corey went to the bathroom. It sounded like he was washing in there. He and I went outside to wait for Nick. Nick showed up. Carly was with him. We smoked cigarettes before we left. Nick joined us. We got in the car when we were finished and left. I was dropped off on the side of the road by my traler park. Nick drove on to drop Corey off at The Huberdorm.
