Number 1698-Tue.-Apr.26,2011-2:38 a.m. C.D.T. (1)

I called Dr. Osborne's office this morning. Sherilynn answered I got the same runaround bullshit I've been getting every time I call. She did call me back a little while later though. My answering machine took the call but I called back. She said that Dr. Osborne wanted my last 3 fasting blood sugar readings. Since I haven't been testing since I had my appointment, I made numbers up. I should have said something like, "Wait a minute while I get my glucomter," but I didn't think of that until later. Sherilynn just recorded the numbers I gave her. Hopefully Dr. Osborne will get moving now.
Nick picked me up. Corey 1 was with him. Nick got out of the car and looked at my pipe. He said there is multiple cracks but there's no way he could know that. He came up with this elaborate plan to reconstruct my plumbing. I said that'd be fine. I brought 2 boxes of empty water bottles with me today.
We went to Domino's. We parked in back and Nick went inside to get his check. Corey 1 and I stayed in the car. I got out to smoke a cigarette. Nick came out and we went on our way.
I was dropped off at Delmart. I put the boxes of water in the store behind the counter. I left and went to KC Wireless. Chris had a live Echo and I played with it for a few mins. It's a cool phone. It can run at least two apps at one time. A person can text two people at one time. It cool and all but it's no Evo. The only phone that comes close to an Evo is the iPhone and even that is way behind an Evo. I sell both. Chris traded in his old phone to use the Echo as his personal phone. He traded in an Evo. I think he's on crack but he has to keep up with the latest phones. Sprint allows, in fact recommends, that he change phones when a new cool one comes out. He can change phones without penalty or using an upgrade. I'm not sure if he has to pay new agreement price or not. Chris is cool.
I walked to Delavan Downtown Dele after I was finished fucking around with the Echo. I was going to flip Chris' phone around like a butterfly knife but I don't think he would have appreciated that too much. I ordered a hard salami sandwich at the dele. I got a small bag of chips and a 24oz Pepsi. I ate it there. Before I left I got a 24oz Mt. Dew for Erica.
I left the dele after I was finished eating and walked to Erica's apt. She wasn't there. I considered using my key but I didn't. I walked downstairs to Erica's mother's apt. I knocked on that door. She wasn't there. When I say she wasn't there I mean there was no answer. I heard the TV or radio through the door.
I went to The Smoke Shop. Inside Erica's apt is my tobacco and tubes. I wanted to roll some cigarettes. Erin was at The Smoke Shop. I buckled in and bought another carton of tubes and some tobacco. I used their rolling machine, which is a T2, and rolled 34 cigarettes. I know this because I bought a cigarette case that holds 30 cigarettes comfortably. The case is cool. I like it. It's a black marble looking flip top. The case is made of plastic. There are 2 compartments inside that hold 15 cigarettes each. There is a divider that can't be moved and the compartments can't be removed either. The case was $1.99. It is a bargain at twice that price. I use Puff N Stuff pipe tobacco, the ultra light blend. http://puffnstufftobacco.net/ That's the type that's in Erica's apt. I use Premier full flavor tubes. I used to use the light tubes with the ultra light blend but the drag on light tubes is hindered. I use Premier tubes because they're the best. Gambler tubes suck. The cigarette doesn't fill on Gambler tubes. I can't believe there's no official website for the T2 or for Premier Tubes. I usuall smoke Winston Ultra Lights but I roll my own when I feel like it. It saves money and the cigarettes I roll are just like store bought, no shit. I use Puff N Stuff pipe tobacco because the tax is different on pipe tobacco but so is the cut. The cut is not noticable and the pipe tobacco sold in tobacco stores is meant for cigarettes anyway.
Erin and I talked while I created the cigarettes. After a while, 34 cigarettes to be exact, the machine wouldn't fill the tubes. The injector had the tobacco in it but it pushed the tube out before filling it. I hope I didn't fuck up Dave's machine. Everybody that comes in there uses that machine so I don't know when the last time Dave maintained it. The box of tubes fell twice cascading the tubes all over the floor. Each time I picked them up and replaced them. I knocked them over once and Erin knocked them over once. Some guy came in that was cool. I forgot his name. He said he's going to a Dead Milkmen show in Chicago soon. He told me they've got a new CD out.
After I finished rolling my 34 cigarettes, I went back up to Erica's apt. She wasn't there. I considered knocking on Brandi's apt. but I didn't. Brandi is Erica's neighbor. I walked downstairs and knocked on Erica's mother's door. She wasn't there. The TV or radio was still on. I walked to Delmart. I shot up in the back hallway. I put the Mt. Dew I bought for Erica in the refrigerator. I left my insulin in the refrigerator too. I left and went to Noe's apt. I thought Erica might be there. I went inside the house and walked up the stairs to the apt. that I thought is his. I knocked on the door, no answer. I wasn't certain that it was the correct apt so I knocked on the other apt. that's upstairs, no answer. I left and walked back to Erica's apt. She wasn't there. I walked downstairs and knocked on Erica's mother's door. She wasn't there. As I was leaving the building Dwight was coming in. I said hi to him.
I walked to Bradley's. I just looked around for a few mins. Some woman asked me if she could help me. I asked her if they have sock garters. They don't. I just wasted time. I looked in the clearance basement but all they have down there is women's clothes. They're horrid too. I left.
I walked to Things Remembered. It was starting to rain so I wanted to get somewhere. I walked around the upstairs. It was boring. All there is there is cookie jars. I walked to the basement. The basement was more interesting. I just walked around and looked at shit. When I came up I talked with Lori and her mother. I left because they were closing.
I went to Sunmist Cafe. I sat in my usual spot. Jessica was working. She said the Mt. Dew was going out. I couldn't tell with my first glass but I could with my second. The owner, I don't know his name, went to check it but he said the box/bag was half full. I drank water for the remainder of my meal. I ordered a liver and onions dinner. I don't know why people hate liver. I've always liked it, even as a kid. The only detriment is the hard pieces that one has to remove from one's mouth. I do hate that about liver. Otherwise I think the consistancy is fantastic. I ate the food and left.
I walked to Erica's apt. She wasn't there. I walked downstairs to Erica's mom's apt. She wasn't there. Erica lives on the 3rd floor and her mother lives on the 2nd. Erica has a more spacious apt. than her mother.
I walked to Delmart. I was early but I started doing the duties right away. Chad said he saw Erica crossing the street. He knew I was looking for her because I mentioned that to him when I was there before. I went outside and called to her. She stopped and I crossed the street to her. She wanted a cigarette so we crossed the street to Delmart since that's where my cigarettes were. It's amazing how cars stop when a person with a cane is in a crosswalk. Cars were stopping 50 feet away, no shit. When I cross the street cars try to run me over. Anyway she said that Brad had said that he'd be home to let me in. He wasn't. She said she'd be home all day tomorrow. I told her I'd probably be there. I had the stuff I wanted done completed by the time Chad left. I did all the duties, even vacuumming. The night was steady. I filled the bottles with water. At about 5 mins. before I closed two women came in. I hate that shit. I hate when anybody comes in close to closing not when women come in. I love that. I turned off the lights while they were still in the store. They got their stuff and left.
I closed the store. I waited outside for Nick. Some guy drove up and asked if the store was closed. I guess all exterior and interior lights off didn't clue him in. I said yes. Some cop parked in the lot just before Nick pulled up. The cop was one second away from getting out of his car and asking me what I was doing. That's no big deal. I didn't move until Nick showed up. The cop was there about 30 seconds before Nick showed up and he remained in his car staring at me. Once Nick arrived he left.
Corey 1 and Carly were in the car. Nick dropped Corey 1 off at The Huberdorm. We then went to Speedway in Elkhorn. I pumped gas into Nick's car. Well I put the pump in and pushed the clip down. I went inside. Nick was already inside. Carly stayed in the car. I bought a hot dog for me and a hot dog and drink for Nick. The woman behind the counter seemed like she'd have trouble answering who fought the Spanish-American War. The pump stopped on exactly $54.00. Nick paid for the gas. I asked the woman behind the counter what the odds were of the pump stopping on an exact dollar amount. She said she didn't know. I asked her if that's a one in a one hundred occurrence. She said she didn't know. I finished my hot dog in Nick's car and he finished his while driving. He actually got a Rollito with a bun. Nick drove me home after we stopped at Speedway.
